Jubitz is nationally known for offering a World Class Customer Experience to every customer, every time. Located off I-5 at Exit near Portland International Airport, Jubitz has grown from a local fuel stop to a nationally-recognized Portland icon known for its many businesses in the Jubitz Marketplace and Truck Stop. The theater also functions as a class room. CineMagic faces busy Southeast Hawthorne Boulevard, yet it’s one of those theaters mmovies could easily miss on a drive or bike ride. One of the last drive-ins still running in Oregon, the 99W in Newberg opens each spring, depending on weather. This year, for the first time, CineMagic took part in the Portland International Film Festival, hosting 18 screenings during six days of the festival. The restored beauty now shuffles a monthly schedule of classic movies, live theater productions and concerts, so you’ll need to check in to find out what’s playing.
The school relaunched the cinema as a nonprofit inhanding the reins to the PSU Film Committee, a film-buff group formed in the ’60s.
